The IPL went fine and after that the system is running normally.

I have also seen that the system returns to normal once storage level is restored. In this case it did not happen.
Also all address utilization (permanent and temporary) was actually quite low.

I will ask the sysadmin to go search for API:s in the recommended areas. I think there is a bunch that should be installed.
