I have a job that monitors the qsysopr msgq. After i issue the chgmsgq
command, the sysoprmsgq program executes and recieves an already answered
message. Is there a way to determine if the message was already answered
from the RCVMSG command?

... Set msgq pgm

CHGMSGQ MSGQ(QSYSOPR) DLVRY(*BREAK) +

... Get message
