Roger--

You may not need a signature-- our accounting department has stopped 
running our continuous checks through the "signer" (the thingy with 
the rolling signature plate).  The checks now say "Signature on 
file."  Seems the banks don't care if we don't.

That goes hand-in-hand with the "Positive Pay" service from our bank. 
That means we send the bank a list of check numbers and $ amounts, 
and the bank only pays those checks.
