We looked into using the xtools but didn't have any luck with them. The
current WSCST should be ok because other printer are using it and they don't
have a problem.

We upgraded our existing v5r4 system, no hardware changes. We used
CDs
to
do the upgrade also. There are WSCO with these printers but that
shouldn't
be an issue since other working printers are using the same WSCO.

How did you upgrade - is it the same box ? Were there workstation
customization objects associated with the printers previously that
are
somehow missing.

Maybe try recreating the *WSCST objects if they are in the
description.

Hi everyone, we just recently upgraded from v5r4 to v6.1 of
the
iseries.
After the upgrade several of our xerox printers have stopped
working.
They
will print the job header page, but stop after that and not
print
the
actual
spool file. It looks like it is specific to the xerox work
center
4250
and
4150 model. Has any one else run into similar problems with
printers?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
