The OS versions on your i and your PC would be helpful but sometimes I just run:

STRHOSTSVR SERVER(*CENTRAL *DATABASE)

And see if that gets things going. It could be a Windows password/security protocol change as well which makes the trouble shooting a little more challenging.

Hello list,

I am trying to figure out what is not running on my iSeries and
preventing me from mapping a drive to an iSeries IFS shared folder. Is
there something not running or does something need to be stopped and
restarted?
Please someone help.

Thank you in advanced,
