Make sure your passwords for the network and the iSeries are the same! Otherwise, you have to try to force the signon to the iseries to use your iseries credentials (ie the "1st line" in the signon box has to have system-name\user-profile). However, this is flakey, and doesn't always work without a lot of fnorking around and making multiple attempts!

Yes, security is better with different passwords, but...
