Take a look at setting up a remote outq. I did this once for a company in
Chicago that needed to print in San Francisco, and vice versa. Use the
CRTOUTQ command. As long as the two machines can communicate, you should be
OK.

Subject: Report printing from one system i to another system i
Is there a way to configure a printer for a user for a pass thru session
on another system i? That is, you want a generated report from the
target system (in Japan) to print on a printer located at the source
system (in USA). I assume the only way would be with a client access
printer session, which we use only rarely and I'm not an expert on.
Details: Using pass-thru with Anynet and System i Access for Windows.
User profile used in pass-thru is used by different users at the same
time.
Thanks,
Bryan Burns
