We test for a full week once a year, switching to the DR system on a
Saturday, then switching back the following Saturday.
Plus, with corporate HQ being in southern Florida, we switch
occasionally in advance of an approaching hurricane. (The DR system
is in a disaster recovery center in Atlanta.) I don't know why they
don't make that the primary system. Or put the primary system at one
of the distribution centers away from hurricanes and earthquakes.
We use Vision ODS/OMS.
