I remember (or mis-remember!) reading at one time that one can
automagically
schedule the system to automatically power down and back up. However, I
cannot locate a command that would allow me to do so. My previous
employer
wants to mothball their System i's but wants to have them power down/up
automatically so that, if they are ever needed, they do not have to go
through reactivation. That is, after 90 (I think) days of down time,
the
machines cannot be used until they are "unlocked."
