Sometimes it's the littlest things that trip you. Just last week a .cmd
file that I use for Lotus Smart Upgrade was causing me grief. In Windows
7 (to enable IPv6) they replaced the output of IPCONFIG from IP Address to
IPv4 Address. Piping using output is never as good as APIs (as I found
out a decade or more on the i).

We also have one lpar feeding our DMZ. Actually using the DNS on the i
and all. I suspect that one will get hit by IP6 at some time. But our
network admin generally agrees that internally IPv4 should be sufficient.
