  What means were utilized to "find the file"?  The message CPCA082 
gives the actual versus relative name.  In an attempt to determine the 
existence of the file [claimed by CPYTOSTMF to have been created], refer 
to that name directly in another command [e.g. EDTF, CPY, DEL] instead 
of referring to the directory of that file [e.g. WRKLNK].  A request to 
see a generic list of names may not include a file to which the user is 
not authorized, but an explicit request to access the file should either 
give success or fail obviously; i.e. the explicit request should give 
some obvious feedback whereas a generic request may simply obfuscate.
