Do you actually have any SQL in this program? All I'm seeing is some string
operations... In which case, try CRTPLIPGM and see if that works for you.

I do have an older version of the AS/400 PL/I manual around here somewhere
as well as Joan Hughes's book(s)...etc...

Damn shame PL/I never caught on in the AS/400 world like it did in the rest
of the world...probably one of the best damn languages ever made...
