Hi, Richard:

It's a Citrix issue -- Citrix monopolizes certain function keys for its own use, and this interferes with other software like ClientAccess 5250 Emulator.

Talk to your shop's Citrix admin -- they might be able to help you override this, e.g. by reassigning those function keys.
