Check your preferences in IE - there is a checkbox for switching to "compatibility mode" if a rendering error.
I have found in my own pages if there are missing terminations of certain html tags - it does this..
older versions were more forgiving.

Happens to me all the time...

Talked to the System i network folks and determined it was something in my
network...as when it happens, I can get to it just fine with my blackberry.

Seems to work fine if I hit it first thing after booting up, but if I've had
a browser open for a while, for instance to gmail for this list, then I get
the blank page.

If you figure something out, let me know! :)
