Bummer. We have a program using QSH to run a third party utility that converts PDF files to TIF files. I was hoping the error numbers had some kind of standardization.

I don't think there's anything like what you're looking for. Exit codes have no standard that I'm aware of. Any programmer can put any number from 0-255 in an exit code.
By convention, zero=success, and non-zero=fail.
Beyond that, you have to look at it on a per-program basis. You have to ask the programmer what each exit code means (or hope it's documented
somewhere.)
