Erick,
I always set the Anonymous UID and GID to 0, check the Allow anonymous access and add the ANONYMOUS LOGON user as a user with full access on the server. Not sure if that's the best way to do it but it works for me.

Hi Jack,

I issued services.msc from the command line, and in the extended
services tab ensured that  'Service for NFS'  was running and was
configured to start automatically. After making some changes, I have
refreshed the serivces but didn't end and restored the services.
