As I indicated in my original message (see below), the file in the Windows
folder appears to be CCSID(1252) when viewed through WRKLNK from the System

I already know that CCSID(1208) is not supported via QNTC on Windows
files,
but is CPYTOIMPF working as designed? See the help text below for
