It's the follow-on to the HMC, more functionality, generally handles 
more of your enterprise.

It's probably not quite ready for prime time - Pete M suggests waiting 
and staying with (or purchasing) your HMCs for now. But SDMC will be the 
ticket eventually, no more HMCs eventually.
