No - RSE (Remote Systems Explorer) is a component of RDp (which is the latest name for WDSC/RDi/RDp.

Many of us use the term RSE because it is the only name IBM has kept the same! (Off noe to wash my mouth out with soap because someone from IBM Rational will read this and realize they missed one!)

Actually RSE is now a part of Eclipse (IBM Toronto donated it) but I think the IBM i bits of it are added as part of RDp.
