Some time ago, before I came to work here, a consultant installed a couple
of job scheduler entries to STRHOSTSVR SERVER(*ALL) at 0700 and 1100 every
day.

Is this really necessary? Most of the servers that I want started (that I
have checked anyway) are started at IPL when TCP starts. And according to
the entries in the QATOCSTART table.

I'm wondering why he added these entries? And why would he have thought it
needed to run twice every day? We are on V5R1.
