Do you have a fully qualified name in your host table that points to the IP address you are browsing to? Make sure you system is set to look at local host table before DNS. CHGTCPDMN HOSTSCHPTY(*LOCAL)

You old system maybe performing host name lookup and not getting the correct IP address if the new system has a different IP address.
