Trying to keep up with what I've learned by posting it here:
http://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/Change_IP_Address
Then the <expletive deleted> network consultant tells me that he was
trying to pretty up the network and as soon as I was done with the "back
up" machines and went back to the "primary machines" he did a bunch of
changes so before the next switch I have the change the numerous IP
addresses assigned to those lpars. And he's going out of town that
weekend.
Let me kill him boss, let me kill him.
meanwhile yahoo (and some other domains) are still rejecting email from
our new addresses...
and I'm exhausted.
When he tried to suggest changing those ip addresses I told him not in the
<expletive deleted> foreseeable future.

Rob,
Glad to be of help... Wow, you seem to have had a very intense IP-related
weekend!! I don't envy it, although it must be good for learning... :-)
Best Regards,

Rob,
I don't know if I'm understanding your problem correctly but, most of
TCP/IP interfaces can be managed thru CFGTCP. Attributes for SMTP can be
changed with CHGSMTPA.Also, check ADDSMTPLE:

Anyone know how to 5250 the equivalent of iNav's Network, Servers,TCPIP,
