I'm not familiar with recursive SQL, but I like Luis's idea of a UDF,
as it would be easy to implement, easy to use, flexible, and reusable.

Barring that, the most "SQLish" solution that comes to my mind is to
(brace yourself) make a new table that is keyed on input date and has
a column for "6 business days after".
