For those involved with COMMON and have known Maria, it is with regret
that I'm posting that she passed away last night shortly after 10pm.

Frankly, I found her to be one of the true reasons why the conference was
a success as many times as it was and why it ran as smoothly as it did.

She will be missed by many.
