While there are various means to effect that solely via the SQL [combining multiple rows\lines of data into one row], that probably is not very desirable since the primary processing for any solution would be easiest and most succinct when obtained via arrival sequence [RLA] processing. And while the "two lines" of interest may seem easily enough isolated by selection on the parameter names, consider that the complete data for some parameters might span lines, thus further complicating the selection of the rows required to include the full parameter specification.
