What about:

Create Table MySchema/MyTable
As (Select * from MyLib/MyPF)
With No Data

If you want to have the SQL statement for a DDS described physical file,
just use iSeries Navigator Database, Open the Schema/Library in which the PF
is located, open tables, position on the PF, Right click and select Generate
SQL.
