I could tell you but then I'd have to ...

>grin<

Seriously, though, I hate to speak out of turn. As you know from having spoken there yourself, there will be some great speakers. Recent speakers other than you and I have included Jon and Susan, Walden Leverich, Bruce Vining and many others. Many IBMers have spoken over the years as well: George Farr, Mike Smith, Al Grega, Craig Johnson among them. IIRC, Steve Will gave last year's keynote.

Anyway, as soon as the fine folks at WIS tell me I can talk, I'll be sure to drop more info.

Any idea who's speaking there? I've scoured the site but all they say is
'Industry Experts'. That could be stretched to include almost anyone!

IBM i DevCon will be held at the beginning of November this year, and
they have a ton of tracks available and some great speakers. Well, I
speak there too, but that's not who I mean<grin>. Anyway, the session
list is up and you can see what's available. 30+ sessions, hands-on
labs, a jump-start day, all geared to real-world technical application,
whether it's upgrading your system or adding new technologies to your
arsenal, from SQL to XML to PHP. This year there's a big focus on
mobile development and of course there's lots on the new tools, both RDP
and RBD.

For over a decade, DevCon has been a fantastic nuts and bolts conference
for people who want to learn how to get things done in the real world.
It's a great conference, a great value, and there's still one early bird
deadline available (the first was August 5th, I wish I'd posted sooner).
