I cannot seem to find and API either. DCR maybe??

I do see that the RTVSYSINF command will populate a userspace(QIZARLESP)  
with the commands to recreate the RPYLE.
So you would think there is some mechanism to retrieve them to a program,  
maybe an unpublished API??
