ESEND works great. Use Esend/Esend command to get to the main menu. Everything is there. All the commands are accessible programmatically too.
ESEND comes in two flavors. The freebie part that comes with Sequel, etc. and the "Enhanced" version that you have to pay for. That gives you more features for bursting, distribution, etc.
