Websphere Application Server Express v7

From what I find online, if I have purchased 5722-WE2 I should be able to

download WAS Express v7 from the ESS website... my business partner is
explaining it the same way. I can find no way to download the product at
the v7 level (only v6.1 that we are currently using). My BP seems to be
having trouble working through the issues and just keeps saying it should
work although it doesn't. I don't really want to pay a media charge for
the product when we don't have to...

Does anyone know what might be missing to enable getting this product
electronically?

This isn't normally something i'd throw out to the list... but the question
i'm asking isn't getting answered by the 'right' person in this case! Any
help is appreciated!
