I have a AMD Quad Core Desktop. Windows Performance info in the Task Manager
shows 4 separate CPU graphs. 1 per core. Now my new Thinkpad T520 has what
is sold as a Dual Core i5 which as 2 threads per core. Windows Performance
info in the Task Manager show '4' separate graphs, I assume 1 per Thread.

Does this mean by Intel and Window's standards that a Power7 Quad Core
running IBM i 7.1 is really a 16 core system?
What about IBM's new 775 water cooled with 256 real cores?

See 775 here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQwqfiQEjNM

Just wondering out loud...
