Yeah, that's what I thought, too. The company that I used to work for
didn't have any dumb terminals once we switched to LAN Console for the
system console so the issue never reared its ugly head there.

I've never used Scott's FTPAPI, though I have attended sessions on it that
he has given. Web services are down the road for us, but I think (there I
go again) that it would run on a dumb terminal since we are connected to the
outside world and the FTP part of TCP is running as we speak.
