Don't know which customer number? Open a pmr on your existing machine
using your serial number. After the pmr is created but before they pass
you off to tech support ask them what your customer number is.
800-IBM-SERV (in the states). That's 800-426-7378 for you blackberry
users who no longer have that kind of keypad.
