I am pretty sure you will need to unzip them. Create your Image catalogs
in the IFS where MIMIX will replicate them. When you create a Image Catalog
it creates an object that is the name of the catalog with a object type of
*IMGCLG in QUSRSYS. If you copy that object into the QUSRSYS on your target
system you won't have to recreate them again.

I just downloaded V7R1 (1.8 GB).

I expected .ISO or .BIN files, but there 2 .ISO files and 8 .ZIP files,
though the .ZIP files do seem to contain a .ISO file.

Can I create an image catalog using .ZIP files or do I need to unzip
them to .ISO first?

Thanks,

Sam

My intention is to copy to the IFS, have Mimix replicate to the backup
machine and then create image catalogs on both machines.
