You (or a QSECOFR administrator) can type in WRKLICINF to see what products you have licenses for.

Also, bear in mind that you can still run all your existing Query/400 queries (*QRYDFNs) with the RUNQRY command that ships with OS/400 and is not licensed separately. You only need a Query/400 license to develop new queries or modify existing ones with Query/400. Perhaps you can just use RUNQRY, and then, when any new queries are needed, use STRQM, as others have suggested, to develop any new queries? You can also use RTVQMQRY to retrieve equivalent QM/400 source (SQL) from any existing Query/400 *QRYDFN, although the results may not be "pretty".
