We have close to 100 wireless zebra ql220 printers setup to print labels from the Iseries which works fine. The only issue we have is that sometimes a spool file will get stuck in a SND status. The only way to get it going again is to end the remote writer and start it again. Even when there are several spool files in the que if you put the one that is stuck on hold the next one gets stuck in the SND status as well. These printers run off battery and will power off after a certain amount of time. Sometimes the user will send a label while it is powered off. Most of the time when it is powered on it will send the spool file but sometimes it gets stuck in the Snd status when this happens as well. I assume it has lost the wireless connection. It is like it loses connection and it will not reestablish the connection. Is there a way to force it to reestablish the connection without manual intervention. Any help or ideas would be appreciated below is how the outq is configured.
