Depending on the disaster, we can either restore to a machine at their site or they can send us our 'appliance' from their site. We are also able to do restores over the internet but I'm sure that's only feasible for ad-hoc object level stuff.

Am I to understand that in the event of a reload the back up data from
the remote site will be supplied via a communication line (presumably a
VPN over the internet) ?

How long will a restore take?

Do you go to the site where they have your backed up applications only
and recover onto their box with your system level code?
