Jim, thanks for the link - despite that you sent it on another thread.  I feel a little better when I think how glad I am to be away from a tyrant boss (18 years, still seems like yesterday) who worked diligently, so it seemed, to find fault with everything I did.  Made my upgrade on a B50 from 1.2 to 2.1.1 a real nightmare that I still cannot forget.
