Reply List Entry Changes after OS Upgrade

We're going from V6R1 to V7R1 and part of the post upgrade task list 
from prior upgrades is "Check Reply List entries".  It appears that I 
have a TAATOOL I can use to compare before and after entries, so I don't 
have to do it manually, but I'd like to pick your brains...

1) I guess IBM provides a basic set of RPYLEs.  Do they add many in new 
releases?

2) Is there any easy way to tell which, if any, of the RPYLEs we've 
added?  (I haven't found any records.)

3) Have you added some/many RPYLEs?  Is it a good or bad idea?

4) Have you found that IBM's or Your entries have needed tweaking after 
an update?
