Click on Server Management and you should find the "Shutdown" for the
server itself. You won't see it on the LPARs.

Subject: Is there a START menu option on the HMC that's analogous
to SHUTDOWN?
Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm writing a document for management and know I can go to Operations on
the HMC via the Tasks drop down, and see the following options:

Restart

Shutdown

Deactivate Attention LED

Schedule Operations

If all the partitions are already shutdown, would I see a "Start" in
place of "Shutdown"; or would I need to use the white power button on
the server?
