You have to go back to the last working configuration, if that doesnt
work, then i'm pretty sure the array is borked....
What was the original config? i mean in parity sets, you can't go
around removing disks from config if they are members of a raid. You
can remove the drives from the ASP, but not from the raid set. For
that AFAIK you have to stop the protection, remove the disks and then
restart it.
If you post more info i can try to look into it...

Best regards,

Roberto

I had a bad disk (slot 3). I went into DST and removed 2 disks from my
system.  The other was the 8th disk which I want to move to slot 3.

I successfully removed the 2 disks and IPL'd the system.

The system came up normally minus the 2 removed disks.

I then powered down and ipl'd again in manual mode to add the 1 disk back
into slot 3.

When I did that. I got the SRC 5709 9021. I am unable to IPL the machine
now. It always gives the SRC5709 9021 code.

The SRC code = "Array not functional due to present hardware configuration."

I removed the added disk, but I am unable to get passed the SRC.

Can anyone help? I hope I do not need to do a scratch install.
