RE: "Number of seconds since January 1, 1970 00:00:00 GMT" for OAuth

I had to do something like this a month or 2 ago.

I converted EPOCH (January 1, 1970 00:00:00 GMT) to Lilian seconds once using CEEISEC, then got UTC in Lilian seconds using CEEUTC as needed, and then subtracted EPOCH Lilian seconds from UTC Lilian seconds.

Unsure as to whether this is the easiest or best. You could possibly find out EPOCH in Lilian seconds and hardcode this as a "magic number" for efficiency.

adjusting a current timestamp to GMT, constructing one for January 1,
1970 00:00:00, and doing an RPG SUBDUR? Or is that actually
the easiest way?
