I have it on good authority that access to the HMC is an option at iDevCloud.com for a small fee. :-) You don't get full HMC access of course but at least HMC access is an option.

Probably will not include the hmc type access you want though.

I once thought of buying an AS400 for my home. However I like to be on
the leading edge so having to be several releases behind was not something
I was interested in.

There are other cloud vendors.
