Using Bryan's utility, I found that the library list _does_ change while the job is running. I'm obviously no expert, but it seems related to the fact that the library list comes from the user profile's job description -- when I tried using a user
profile whose library list was set by an initial program, it didn't work.

Hmmm... Does the stored procedure run in a different job or does the stored procedure do something different to pull the library list from the user profile? The library list of the QZDASOINIT job does not change. Or does it?
