Update



I was able to see that the problem occurred in one of my FTP programs, but I
could not see the real problem. I debugged the program and found that a
change populated a bad date value in a CVTDAT command. It generated tons of
entries into the journal. It's not what I would have expected and I do not
see why the system should have logged that failure in the journal. I guess
having failures recorded in the journal setup in the system values was the
reason and is why the failure was logged.
