If you are only using the DLYJOB to start the debug, there is an easier way.
Submit the job as HELD on job queue. Start the service job using the job name, user, and number of the job held on queue.
Start debug from the same session you started the service job.
Release the job
You will be prompted to run the job or enter the debug commands.
1. You can look at the job log to see when the DLYJOB was executed and calculate the time the job will resume.
2. Once the DLYJOB command is executed, you cannot change the wait time.
