Why is it that so many users, when confronted with a message to the effect
of

XXX1234 received by YYYYYYYYYY

don't seem to have the sense to track down the XXX1234 message in their
joblogs, and find out what's up with it?

Do they expect developers to be able to read their systems' minds?
