Uh oh! Worried about governmental overreach are we? A very abbreviated list of accomplished and attempted overreach:

Takeover of the auto industry.
Takeover of student loans.
Takeover of health care.
Shut down oil drilling.
Shut down coal mining.
Mandate mercury-containing light bulbs.
Double the ethanol mandate.
Banning lead ammunition.
Banning farm dust.
Ability to detain US citizens without trial.

Threatening to shut down midrange.com is the tipping point?
