... the JTDS driver is prepackaged with ArdGate and the configuration includes an example for the most used databases. Once configured (takes me half an hour, for a Newbie maybe half a day, Gary has a description from a "Newby, I will include with upcoming distributions), you don't see any Java, only usual SQL Statements in your RPG code, as in every Programm with embdedded SQL!!!.
There are some examples included and additional examples from users of ArdGate are welcome, I will include them with upcoming distributions of ArdGate.
