Hi Scott,
There was no instruction telling me to use the GO LICPGM option 11, but
when I checked the installed programs and did not see it, I used the
Install Licensed Programs option to list all of the available products that
could be installed.
Since I did not see the 5733-SC1 product, I thought that it might have been
renamed.
If it is not there, do I need to hunt for a CD with the proper program
product?
Thanks again for all of your help.
Your presentations and service program have been invaluable in helping me
understand a number of (to me) esoteric solutions.

hi Jeff,
I'm currently running IBM i 7.1 (I was running 5.4 when I wrote that
presentation, though.) The licpgm is still called 5733-SC1 in 7.1.
(Note that it's 5733, not 5770 which would be typical for a 7.1 option)
The instructions I've seen ask you to insert the CD/DVD that includes
5733SC1, and to run the following commands:
RSTLICPGM LICPGM(5733SC1) DEV(OPTxx) OPTION(*BASE)
RSTOBJ(*ALL) LNG(2924)
RSTLICPGM LICPGM(5733SC1) DEV(OPTxx) OPTION(1) RSTOBJ(*PGM)
I haven't yet seen instructions that say you should use GO LICPGM option
11. But, on my system when I use GO LICPGM option 11, it does show
5733-SC1 -- but, I guess that might be because I already have it installed.

I have been looking at Scott Klements presentation on setting up SFTP and
it seems that some of the program products that he refers to do not

When I look at the list of installable products (Go Licpgm option 11
Install Licenced Programs), I do not see the -SC1 program products. I
looked at all of the descriptions, and do not see anything like the
descriptions he refers to.
Has this been incorporated into the base os at this release, or am I
missing something.
Also, if anyone has an example of setting up and sending files using SFTP
that they can share, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
